PURPOSE: A paper-based electronic device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to be simply and inexpensively manufactured by a laser peeling process. CONSTITUTION: A paper-based electronic device includes a paper base(110), a bonding layer(120), and an electronic element(130). The bonding layer is laminated on the paper base. The electronic element is combined with the paper base by the bonding layer. A reflecting layer(140) is laminated on the electronic element. A sacrificial layer(150) is laminated on the reflecting layer.
