A vehicle ventilator is provided to form an inside air inlet to a filter cover and open or close the same by an auxiliary door coupled therewith by coupling elements in association with rotation of a blower fan, thereby introducing inside air in an outside air mode to keep inside of a vehicle warm. A vehicle ventilator includes a filter cover(135) formed with an inside air inlet(136), wherein the inside air inlet has an upper part positioned at a position higher than an air filter(135) for smooth inside air introduction. An auxiliary door(137) is coupled with an upper end of an inner surface of the filter cover by coupling elements(150) for opening or closing the inside air inlet. The auxiliary door is formed of elastic materials to be easily opened by negative pressure generated in an intake duct in response to rotation of a blower fan. The auxiliary door is closed as the blower fan stops rotating.
