PURPOSE: A wire grid polarizer integrated touch panel and a liquid crystal display including the same are provided to increase brightness without the degradation of bright room contrast through a wire grid polarizer. CONSTITUTION: A second grating layer includes one or more second grating patterns. One or more second grating patterns are formed in metal material in the upper side of a first grating pattern. A light absorption layer(Q) is laminated on the second grating layer. The light absorption layer absorbs the light flowing from the outside. A second substrate(210) includes an electrode for touch.
