CATIONIC SENDAI F/HN VIROPLEX FOR GENE DELIVERY

PURPOSE: A viroplex for cell transfection of target nucleotides and a gene delivery method using the same are provided to induce effective adhesion with suspension cells. CONSTITUTION: A viroplex for transfection to target nucleotides comprises a target nucleotide sequence, cationic lipid, and viral agent. The target nucleotide is a recombinant DNA, pDNA(plasmid DNA), siRNA(small interfering RNA) or miRNA. The cationic lipid is polyvalent cationic lipid. The viral agent is enveloped virus coat component, sendai virus-derived F/HN(fusion/hemagglutinin-neuraminidase) protein. A gene delivery method comprises a step of contacting the viroplex with cells.
