PURPOSE: A thin film transistor display panel and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent a electrostatic capacity difference between a data line and a pixel electrode even though an error occurs in an overlay during manufacturing processes. CONSTITUTION: A gate line and a data line define a pixel region. A thin film transistor is connected to the gate line and the data line. A pixel electrode(191) is connected to the thin film transistor. The pixel electrode is formed on the pixel region. A first common electrode(133) is formed under the pixel electrode. A second common electrode(195) is formed on the pixel electrode.
