PURPOSE: An image processing apparatus and a processing method thereof are provided to constantly provide images through a navigator by supplying 12V power source to a camera regardless of on/off state of a turn signal. CONSTITUTION: An image processing apparatus(100) comprises left and right cameras(110,130), left and right camera control units(120,140), and a self-hold circuit. The left and right camera control units respectively controls the left and right cameras through transmitting control signals to the left and right cameras by corresponding to a switching of first and second relay a contact points. The self-hold circuit maintains a power supply state to an output stage at low level of a flickering signal.
