PURPOSE: A rack device for surface treatment of a tubular work piece is provided to efficiently and uniformly process a plurality of work pieces and to provide stable current during an anodizing process. CONSTITUTION: A rack device for surface treatment of a tubular work piece comprises a rack frame(10), a first fixing unit(20), a second fixing unit(30), and a holding unit(40). The first fixing unit comprises an upper fitting piece(22) and an elastic plate(24). One end of the elastic plate is connected to an upper horizontal bar(12) while the other end is connected to the upper end of the upper fitting piece. The elastic plate allows the lower end of the elastic plate to move elastically. In the rack frame, a vertical bar(16) and a lower horizontal bar(14) are made of a material with a lower conductivity than the upper horizontal bar and the same quantity of current flows in a portion of a work piece electrically contacting the upper horizontal bar and in a portion of the work piece contacting the lower horizontal bar through the vertical bar.
