PURPOSE: A downlink hop synchronization obtaining device and a method thereof are provided to reduce energy hop synchronization time by controlling frequency hop synchronization by using a code having orthogonality. CONSTITUTION: A transmission unit(110) generates predetermined preamble. The transmission unit transmits the generated preamble in every hop of an uplink signal. A reception unit(120) synchronizes hop frequency by using the correlation of the preamble. The preamble configures an orthogonal code.
