PURPOSE: A battery device cooler for a car and a control thereof stabilize the durability and operation performance of a battery by cooling and warming a battery and PE(Phase Encoder) apparatus. CONSTITUTION: A battery device cooler for a car comprises a inlet duct(1), a thermoelectric element(7), a flow regulating unit(9), a controller(11). The inlet duct supplies thermostatic fluid to a battery and a PE apparatus. The thermoelectric element comprising a heat absorption part and a heating part absorb the heat through the heat absorption part by electric power. The heating part of the thermoelectric element emits the heat. The flow regulating unit controls the thermostatic fluid of the inlet duct. The controller controls the thermoelectric element and the flow regulating unit.
