PURPOSE: A temperature control device for a mold is provided to prevent media from scattering even if a medium circulation line is damaged. CONSTITUTION: A temperature control device(100) for a mold comprises a temperature control tank(102), a heating unit(103), a controller(104), a distributor(107), a supply line(109), an exhauster(108), a discharge line(110), and a circulation unit(115). The temperature control tank is filled with media for temperature control. The heating unit is installed on the temperature control tank and heats media(101). The controller controls the heating unit. The distributor and the supply line are installed between the temperature control tank and a mold(106) and supply the media to the mold. The exhauster and the discharge line discharge the media. The circulation unit circulates the media and removes the media existing on the supply line, the distributor, the mold, the exhauster, and the discharge line.
