PURPOSE: An air compressor is provided to improve the compressive force of the compressor by increasing the sealing force of a piston rod and a compressing chamber. CONSTITUTION: The air compressor comprises a cylinder and an orbiter. The cylinder comprises the dented compressing chamber. The orbiter comprises a frame body(730) and a piston rod part(720) protruded from the frame body. The piston rod part comprises an inner and an outer circumference of the piston rod part. A diameter of an Imaginary circle formed in the end of the piston rod part is wider than the width from the inner circumference of the piston rod part to the outer circumference of the piston rod part. The piston rod part has a deformation ring shape including a discontinuous part. The inner circumference of the piston rod part is the inner circumference of the deformation ring shape and the outer circumference of the piston rod part is the outer circumference of the deformation ring shape.
