<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus that does not unnecessarily force a user to wait or re-perform an output operation without stopping transfer of an output job in which image data is not desired to be newly input. <P>SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus includes: a storage device including a job area temporarily storing and sequentially executing output jobs and a storage area storing a storage file including image data; a control unit controlling the execution of the output jobs; and a storage file output reservation list temporarily storing a storage file output job outputting the storage file stored in the storage area. When the storage file output job is input while reception of a new output job is prohibited, the input storage file output job is stored in the storage file output reservation list to be transferred to the job area when the reception of the new output job is enabled. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
