<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent uploading to a server a video the restriction of which is released, while a manager accesses to a network camera. <P>SOLUTION: A monitoring camera device is provided with: imaging means which inputs a video; distribution control means which distributes the video input by the imaging means; upload control means which uploads the video to be distributed, to the server via the network; setting means which sets a parameter of the imaging means and a processing parameter of the video; and right management means which manages processing according to right. When setting is performed by using a video obtained by a privilege, the distribution control means stops upload processing to the server, thereby stopping an upload function during access by the manager with a manager setting tool. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
