The upper housing 10 and the lower housing 11 are turnably connected by a biaxial hinge part 12, and a biaxial rotation angle sensor 32 detects the rotation angle of the biaxial hinge part 12. The detection output of the triaxial acceleration sensor 31 is inverted in accordance with the detection output of the rotation angle by the biaxial rotation angle sensor 32.
