<p>The corrugated spring segments (1) of the corrugated spring or the plate spring, is made of fiber reinforced plastic. The connecting elements are provided for connecting individual corrugated elements. The fibers (5) of fiber reinforced plastic are extended according to main stress in circumferential direction or radial direction. The duroplastic resin, thermoplastic resin, elastomer or liquid metal alloys are used as matrix materials. Semi-finished material carbon fiber, unidirectional fiber, glass fiber, aramid fiber, ceramic fiber, natural fiber or arbitrary textile fiber are used. An independent claim is included for manufacturing method of corrugated spring elements of corrugated spring or plate spring.</p> |
