PURPOSE: A paper punching apparatus using ultrasonic waves and punching method using the same are provided to secure an agreeable work environment because paper dust while punching or micro particles caused by the ultrasonic vibration are compulsorily exhausted to outside through a hood. CONSTITUTION: A paper punching apparatus using ultrasonic waves comprises a transferring table(110), a booster cylinder(140), a Z-axis transferring unit(130), a servo motor(120), an ultrasonic vibration horn(150), a plurality of punching knives(160), and a hood(300). The transferring table is transferred to one or more directions between X-axis and Y-axis according to control by an X-axis transferring motor(112) and a Y-axis transferring motor(114). The booster cylinder is arranged in parallel to a normal direction of the transferring table. The Z-axis transferring unit controls a location of the booster cylinder by transferring the booster cylinder in a Z-axis direction. The servo motor controls a location of the Z-axis transferring unit by lifting up the Z-axis transferring unit. The plurality of punching knives forms holes on papers while emitting ultrasonic waves generated by the ultrasonic vibration horn according to a pressing operation. The hood is arranged in the rear side of a low die. The hood compulsorily inhales the minute particle, paper dust, and toxic gas and discharges to outside when the paper is punched by the ultrasonic vibration horn. |
