PURPOSE: Fish flesh powder, a fish flesh product, and producing methods thereof are provided to use particles of fish flesh slices for improving the taste of the fish flesh powder. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of fish flesh powder comprises the following steps: pre-processing fish flesh selected from pollack, codfish, tuna, salmon, shark, hoki, or halibut; drying, cutting, grinding, and drying the pre-processed fish flesh; and mixing 85-95wt% of fish flesh powder with 5-15wt% of particles of fish flesh slices obtained by compressing freeze-dried flesh of the pollack, the codfish, the tuna, the salmon, the shark, the hoki, or the halibut. |
