<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protective sheet for solar cells which is excellent in the adhesiveness between a base material and a thermoplastic resin layer and suppresses warpage occurred in a solar cell module, a manufacturing method of the protective sheet, and a solar cell module which is excellent in the adhesiveness between the base material and the thermoplastic resin layer and suppresses the warpage. <P>SOLUTION: A protective sheet 1 for solar cells includes a base material 11 and a thermoplastic resin layer 12 laminated on one side of the base material 11. The thermoplastic resin layer 12 includes a first layer 121 laminated on the base material 11 and presenting the adhesiveness to the base material 11 and a second layer 122 laminated on the first layer 121 and mainly composed of an olefin-based resin. The thickness of the base material 11 is 50 to 250 μm, and the thickness of the thermoplastic resin layer 12 is one third to two times of the thickness of the base material 11. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
