<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable tracking of moving objects even when a background is moved on an image. <P>SOLUTION: Time-series frame images of moving objects are acquired by an imaging device and stored in a memory, and spatial differential frame images are generated therefrom. Further, each image of the spatial differential frame images is divided into blocks each consisting of plural pixels, and a background image being regarded as one moving object, identification codes of moving objects are given in block units and motion vectors of the moving objects are calculated in block units, so that moving objects can be tracked. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
