<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cold box reduced in weight and improving heat conductivity of a mouth portion compared with at least adopting a glass-made inner container. <P>SOLUTION: The cold box 1 includes a cup-shaped outer container 5 and a cup-shaped inner container 4 housed inside the outer container, forms a box body 2 by detachably connecting the upper part of the inner container and the upper part of the outer container, forms the mouth portion 41 of the box body by the inner container, makes the outer container a double wall structure with a cup-shaped inner wall and a cup-shaped outer wall provided outside thereof, and includes a cylindrical inside space 8 between an inner peripheral surface of the inner wall of the outer container and the outer peripheral surface of the inner container.
