PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic switching device in which a structure is simplified and noise generation can be suppressed.

SOLUTION: An electromagnetic switching device according to the present invention includes a driving part driving a movable contact by an electromagnetic force. The driving part includes: a stationary core stationary provided not to move by a magnetic force; a movable core having a lower part disposed to face the stationary core and an upper part connected to the movable contact; and a coil generating a repulsive force between the stationary core and the movable core by a magnetic force generated upon current application and driving the upper side movable core to be separated from the lower side stationary core so that the movable contact is brought into contact with the stationary contact.
