An operator search unit (130) searches for a network operator. A comparison unit (140) compares the network operator identification information that was searched for, and the contract network operator identification information in the acquired contract network operator identification information that has usable/unusable information showing as usable. A display unit (150) displays network operator identification information in a mutually overlapping manner as a result of the comparison.
