摘要

A method for rehabilitation of disabled persons with amputation of one lower limb relates to medicine. The method comprises the study of peripheral hemodynamics, unloading of the limb using orthosis, assessment of pain in static state using visual analogue scale (VAS), manufacture on remained limb of individual orthosis; redistribution of the load between the sciatic hillocks by own ligament patella and foot of saved limb; connection in the body area of orthoses attachment with prosthesis fastening, and functional assessment of a patient. Said method due to the orthosis of saved limb allows to maintain the ability to move of disabled persons with lower limb amputation and severe lesions of saved one, which increases their ability to self-service and demonstrates the increasing of rehabilitation efficiency.
