<p>Disclosed is a communication system. The system comprises: a clock signal source, a base station, and an optical fiber link connected between the clock signal source and the base station. The clock signal source is configured to: generate a clock synchronization signal, frame the clock synchronization signal and perform electrical-to-optical conversion on the framed clock synchronization signal to generate an optical signal, and send the optical signal to the base station through the optical fiber link. The base station is configured to: receive the optical signal, perform optical-to-electrical conversion on the optical signal to restore an electrical signal, resolve a data packet comprising the electrical signal, and obtain the clock synchronization signal. Also disclosed are a method for transmitting a clock synchronization signal, a clock signal source, and a base station. Through the present invention, in a signal transmission process, the signal attenuation is small and the anti-interference capability is strong, so that the transmission distance can be greatly increased.</p> |
