The method involves producing a component in an appropriate tool, and bringing a carriage horizontally around the component for cooling. An indexing plate is processed into a position (3) for over molding of another component. Two spring pins are driven from a mold cavity of a nozzle side of the latter component in the position. The spring pins are actuated over a wedge during closing of the tool. A symmetrical filling ensuring a uniform wall thickness distribution of the latter component is reached by introducing jam walls (1) in the former component for producing the latter component.
