PURPOSE: A light emitting device is provided to improve luminous efficiency by emitting a first light emitting device of a horizontal type and a second light emitting device of a vertical type. CONSTITUTION: A light emitting structure(120) is formed on a substrate(100). An ohmic layer(130) and a reflecting layer(140) are formed on a second conductive semiconductor layer. A conductive layer(150) is formed on the reflecting layer. A bonding layer(160) is formed on the conductive layer. A conductive supporting substrate(270) is placed on the bonding layer. A second light emitting structure(220) is formed on the conductive supporting substrate.
