<p>The present invention relates to a water-soluble, flame-retardant composition for enhancing the flame resistance of a basic material by coating the composition on the surface thereof, to reduce damage in case of a fire. The water-soluble, flame-retardant composition of the present invention comprises: 49.6-89.19 wt% of water; 0.2-5.0 wt% of guanidine phosphate; 8.0-16.0 wt% of ammonium phosphate dibasic; 1.0-2.0 wt% of ammonium chloride; 0.4-2.4 wt% of monochloroacetic acid; 0.1-2.0 wt% of guanidine carbonate; 0.01-3.0 wt% of ethylenediamine; 1-5 wt% of disodium octaborate tetrahydrate; and 0.1-15 wt% of 25% guanidine phosphate-based flame retardant.</p> |
