PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a shape memory polyurethane foam, and the shape memory polyurethane foam manufactured therefrom are provided to apply the shape memory polyurethane foam to a high temperature environment. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a shape memory polyurethane foam comprises the following steps: reacting poly(epsilon-caprolactone)diol, 4,4'-diphenylmethane diisocyanate, and 1,4-butanediol with a molar ration of 1:2~6:1~5, to form shape memory polyurethane; forming a mixture by mixing the shape memory polyurethane, tetrahydrofuran, and NaCl; drying the mixture to obtain the dried mixture without the tetrahydrofuran; and forming the porous shape memory polyurethane foam by eluting the NaCl.
