<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a primary coil arrangement structure of a non-contact power supply device, firstly, excellent in load resistant performance, secondary, capable of realizing down-sizing, thinning, and weight saving, etc., thirdly, capable of preventing displacement, slipping, corner chipping, etc., and also, with excellent waterproofness and reduced noise. <P>SOLUTION: The arrangement structure E has a cover part 17 and a base part 18 integrally, vertically arranged. The cover part 17 and the base part 18 consist of a product made of resin concrete, respectively, forms a housing space F in the inside thereof, and the housing space F houses at least an inner cylinder wall 19, a primary coil 2, a magnetic core 20, and a low shrinkable resin 21. The inner cylinder wall 19 consists of a product made of resin concrete, and is interposed between the cover part 17 and the base part 18 in the center part of the housing space F.
