APPARATUS FOR MULTICOMPONENT MELTS SEPARATION

An apparatus for separation of multi-component melts comprises a three-phase reducer generating a magnetic field, and a non-ferromagnetic crucible made as an annular cylindrical housing. In the cylindrical body the crucible with a circular gap and an upper core are installed; the upper core has a gas exhaust opening and an outlet for qualitative melt bleed-off. Inside of a metal conducting channel a flow distributor in the form of a knife is installed. Inside of the upper core a return channel is performed. Inside of the low core a slag drainage pipe is installed. Between the side surface of the slag drainage pipe and the spiral channel of crucible there is a free space to supply initial melt to the crucible for processing.
