<p>The method involves forming lead zirconate titanate (PZT) stack from multiple PZT components. A sinter lattice exhibiting three weight percentages of dopant portion i.e. silicon dioxide portion, is formed in the stack. The lattice is made of aluminum base stack-cemented material. The stack is provided with electrodes to form a piezoelectric actuator. A multi-part sacrificial plate (2) i.e. ballast plate, exhibiting the three weight percentage of dopant portion is latched with an inner electrode through PZT latches (1). The lattice and/or the plate are made of different aluminum oxide portions.</p> |
