<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device which allows continuous use of a toner storage body even after a waste toner recovery part in the toner storage body has become full to enable minimizing a user's operation labor. <P>SOLUTION: Waste toner recovered from the surface of a photoreceptor drum 1 by a cleaning device 7 is collected in a waste toner recovery part 24b of a toner container 5 through a buffer container 20. When the waste toner recovery part 24b becomes full, a control part 90 transmits a control signal to a clutch 32 so as to stop the rotation of a second spiral 23b. Since a first spiral 23a keeps rotationally driving, waste toner is to be stored in the buffer container 20. When the toner container 5 is replaced, waste toner is moved to the waste toner recovery part 24b of the replaced toner container 5 from the buffer container 20 by rotationally driving the second spiral 23b. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
