<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition of a liquid/oily liquid adsorption sheet/mat, which is used for keeping out water in an emergency or preventing liquid/oily liquid accident or the like, has no affinity for water in the oily liquid in the water or on land, exhibits high oil adsorption efficiency/effect, and is excellent in deodorizing odor. <P>SOLUTION: A composition of the adsorption sheet/mat comprises a porous body of diatomaceous earth swarf, zeolite chips, waste foam glass or sawdust of industrial waste in either single or multiple ways. The liquid/oily liquid is adsorbed on the porous body. Otherwise, the composition of the adsorption sheet/mat comprises another porous body of chaff, rice bran, a soybean or wheat bran or the like of agricultural waste in either single or multiple ways.
