<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for utilizing solar energy that can still exert heat recovery performance stably even with a heat storage part deformed due to phase changes in a latent heat storage material. <P>SOLUTION: The device for utilizing solar energy includes: a heat storage part 2 having a heat storage material contained in a container having a substantially planar shape and heated by receiving solar heat; a heat transfer part 3 which is a flexible flat metal plate that is in contact with the lower part of the container of the heat storage part 2; a flow passage 4 disposed close to the heat transfer part 3, and through which a heat medium flows; a transfer unit 5 for making the heating medium flow through the flow passage 4; a heat insulating material 7 for insulating the heat transfer part 3 and the flow passage 4 from heat at the outside; and a support unit 6 arranged in close contact with the bottom of the heat transfer part 3, and having spring property for supporting a load by contacting the heat insulating material 7. The support unit 6 produces a force to press the heat transfer part 3 to the heat storage part 2 so that the heat transfer part 3 is deformed to fit the heat storage part 2, which allows the heat transfer part 2 to be kept in close contact, even if deformed, with the heat transfer part 3, thus resulting in stable heat recovery performance. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
