<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of a closing tool having no creep problem in manufacturing. <P>SOLUTION: This invention particularly relates to the closing tool having two substrates of webs (12, 13) and closing means (2, 3) that are complementary coupled to the webs (12, 13), respectively. Each of the webs (12, 13) is composed of two members, i.e., a first member (14, 16) supporting one of the closing means (2, 3) and a second member (15, 17) different from the first member.
