In particular, the method comprises receiving from a mobile citation device a citation record related to a citation issued to a violator, recording to a storage device the citation record, transmitting to a citation officer computer a first portion of the citation record, receiving a citation officer disposition data from the citation officer computer, wherein the citation officer disposition data is added to the citation record. |
