FIELD: agriculture. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to preparations for destruction of rodents and can be used as a rodenticide in utilities system, in industrial, commercial, medical and agricultural buildings, as well as in transport and in open areas. Bait pellets consist of a food base with attractant and rodenticide. As a rodenticide, potassium permanganate, ferrous sulfide or calcium carbide is used, as each of them separately, and a mixture thereof, in any combination with each other. The optimum ratio of food base together with the attractant to the amount of rodenticide is 3:1. Rodenticide can be made in the form of powder, crystals, as a mixture of powder and crystals or as microgranules. Food base with the attractant, and substances of rodenticide entered into it, are placed in capsules in layers. Each capsule of bait is equipped with a shell made of food base with the attractant. The capsules are in the shape of a cube, sphere, cylinder, or ellipsoid. ^ EFFECT: invention enables to obtain highly effective bait for extermination of rodents. |
