<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent enlargement of a dual clutch transmission due to the multistage of gear trains. <P>SOLUTION: In the dual clutch transmission 1, a first speed driving gear 29 in gears which constitute odd number steps is freely rotatably disposed at the end part farthest from a first clutch 21 in the shaft direction of a first input shaft 10, a sixth speed driving gear 42 which constitutes a sixth speed gear train and a reverse driving gear 44 which constitutes a reverse gear train are freely rotatably disposed in order from the side of a second clutch at a shaft part more separated from the second clutch 23 than the position corresponding to the first speed driving gear in the shaft direction of a second input shaft 11, a synchronization device selectively connecting the gears to the second input shaft is disposed between the sixth speed driving gear and the reverse driving gear in the shaft direction of the second input shaft, and one end of a reverse idler shaft 13 is supported by a supporting member extending from the inner wall of a transmission case 2 to the outer periphery of the synchronization device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
