<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oscillation circuit that can keep characteristics of other circuits disposed in a semiconductor integrated circuit intact when outputting an oscillation signal having an oscillation frequency of several hundred megahertz. <P>SOLUTION: The oscillation circuit includes: a resonance circuit comprising an internal capacitor disposed inside a semiconductor integrated circuit, and an external capacitor and an external inductor disposed outside the semiconductor integrated circuit; and an amplification circuit with an input end and an output end connected to the resonance circuit. The resonance circuit has: a first closed circuit comprising the internal capacitor, the external inductor and wiring connecting the internal capacitor and the external inductor; and a second closed circuit comprising the external capacitor, the external inductor and wiring connecting the external capacitor and the external inductor, and having a smaller wiring resistance than the first closed circuit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
