<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bulletin board capable of using both a permanent magnet fastener and a steel fastener. <P>SOLUTION: A permanent magnet is fixed to a steel surface on the rear side of a bulletin board 1, so that a permanent magnetic fastener 7 is attracted to the steel surface.
