FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: method relates to medicine, namely to urology. Implant from polyperforated in staggered order xenopericardial plate is sewn with its rough surface by means of non-absorbable sutures to anterior surface of psoas. Lower pole of kidney is wrapped with xenotransplant with smooth side fixed to anterior kidney surface. Method makes it possible to reduce trauma maximally, increase nephropexy reliability, preserving physiological mobility of fixed kidney, contributes to prophylaxis of coarse scar deformation, preservation of physiological mobility of kidney. ^ EFFECT: perforation holes increase tensility and larger implant mobility, contributes to exudate evacuation. |
