<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the operation sound of a washing machine, thereby achieving the reduction of the noise. <P>SOLUTION: The control device comprises: a controller body 112 for controlling the operation of the washing machine; a protective case 111 for housing the controller body 112, which is flat and has a shallow bottom, as well as a protective cover 113; and a cooling fan 114 capable of circulating air through the protective case or the protective cover as well as switching the number of revolution. During the water-supply process, the agitation process in the washing and rinsing stages as well as the draining process, the cooling fan 114 can reduce the operation sound by switching the number of revolution of the cooling fan to a lower speed, thereby achieving the reduction of the noise caused by the washing machine as well as realizing energy saving. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
