<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a production plan which keeps the delivery date of an order while allowing some excess of process capacity. <P>SOLUTION: A computer registers order information and an upper limit width of a load increase rate calculation period and piles up loads of respective orders in time divisions of delivery to calculate a load cumulative result obtained by accumulating loads in a future direction of the time base (STEPs 1 to 3). The computer determines an amount of production in each time division, which minimizes an evaluation formula representing the variation of the amount of production in the time division while satisfying a cumulative production inequality constraint, a final cumulative production equality constraint, and a non-negativity constraint on the amount of production, and regards the amount of production as process capacity to reallocate the loads (STEPs 4 to 5). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
