<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily provide a mounting member with an optical element. <P>SOLUTION: A mounting structure of an optical element 10 includes the optical element 10, a conductive member 20 equipped with the optical element 10, and a mounting member 110 equipped with the optical element 10 and the conductive member 20, the mounting member 110 is provided with the conductive member 20, and the conductive member 20 provides the mounting member 110 with the optical element 10. The conductive member 20 is used to equip the mounting member 110 with the optical element 10, and a conductive member body part 21 is provided with a locking part 28 that can equip the mounting member 110 with the conductive member body part 21. The locking part 28 is formed by being bent near an end part 22 of the conductive member body part 21. The locking part 28 has an inclination part 26 that can equip the mounting member 110 with the conductive member body part 21.
