<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a positioning accuracy of a mirror section in a mirror unit. <P>SOLUTION: This mirror unit includes: the mirror section rotationally turning between a first state where it is obliquely disposed in an incident light flux, and a second state where it is retracted from the incident light flux; a positioning section for positioning the mirror section in the first state; and an intermediate section that is interposed between the mirror section and the positioning section, comes into contact with the mirror section that rotationally turns from the second state to the first state, rotationally turns in the opposite direction of the turning direction of the mirror section from the second state to the first state, and comes into contact with the positioning section to stabilize the mirror section in the first state. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
