PURPOSE: An offshore structure and a method for treating carbon dioxide of the offshore structure are provided to prevent carbon dioxide generating in a combustion process from exhausting into the air. CONSTITUTION: An offshore structure comprises an exhaust pipe(12), carbon dioxide collecting devices(21,22), a carbon dioxide condensing device(23), an internal storage(24), and a riser(27). The exhaust pipe is connected to a combustion device to discharge exhaust gas containing carbon dioxide to the outside. The carbon dioxide collecting devices are installed in the exhaust pipe and collect the carbon dioxide discharged through the exhaust pipe. The carbon dioxide condensing device condenses the carbon dioxide collected in the carbon dioxide collecting devices. The internal storage stores the carbon dioxide condensed in the carbon dioxide condensing device. The riser comprises a carbon dioxide transferring pipe and a resource transferring pipe. The carbon dioxide transferring pipe is connected with the internal storage to supply the carbon dioxide stored in the internal storage to an oilfield. Crude oil or gas is supplied to the resource transferring pipe from the oilfield.
