PURPOSE: A resistive type touch screen is provided to include a surface reformed layer whose work function is smaller than the work function of a conductive polymer, thereby increasing touch sensitivity despite a low voltage or low external pressure. CONSTITUTION: A lower substrate(110) includes a lower electrode pattern unit and a lower electrode wiring unit. An upper substrate(140) is arranged on the lower substrate. The upper substrate includes an upper electrode pattern unit and an upper electrode wiring unit. The upper electrode pattern unit is made of a conductive polymer. A spacer(170) is arranged between the upper and lower substrates. An opening is formed in the spacer. A surface reformed layer(180) covers the upper and lower electrode pattern units. The work function of the surface reformed layer is smaller than the work function of the conductive polymer.
