<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for designing a recycled thermoplastic resin, which can perform information processing capable of coping with the widening of the scope of the object of a recovered material used in the production of a recycled thermoplastic resin. SOLUTION: The amount of a flame retardant in a virgin material added to a rubber-modified thermoplastic resin of a recovered thermoplastic resin material is calculated according to an equation 201 expressing a calibration curve for the amount of the flame retardant (step S302). The Rockwell hardness and the melt flow rate of the virgin material are calculated according to the relationships 202 expressing the additivity of physical properties (step S303). The Rockwell hardness and the melt flow rate of the rubber-modified thermoplastic resin in the virgin material are calculated according to the flame retardant amount vs. physical properties relationships 203 (step S304). The amount of a graft polymer in the virgin material is calculated according to the Rockwell hardness vs. graft polymer amount relationships 204 (step S305). The ratio of a matrix resin in the virgin material is determined according to the melt flow rate vs. matrix resin ratio relationships 205 (step S306).</p> |
