The amount of a graft polymer in the virgin material is calculated according to the Rockwell hardness vs. graft polymer amount relationships 204 (step S305). The ratio of a matrix resin in the virgin material is determined according to the melt flow rate vs. matrix resin ratio relationships 205 (step S306).</p>
