<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of easily manufacturing a heat-insulating panel A with a substrate 10 on which a heat insulation member 1 is fixedly adhered. <P>SOLUTION: A support frame 20 is used, and the interval c between the right and left first frame members 21, 21 is made smaller than the width a between the right and left two sides in the direction along which the notch 2 of the heat insulator 1 is placed. Then the support frame 20 is set on the substrate 10. A first adhesive 30a used for temporary anchoring and a second adhesive 30b used for permanent anchoring are applied on the back side of the heat insulator 1. Then the heat insulator 1 to which the adhesive has been applied is press-fitted between the right and left first frame members 21, 21 of the set support frame 20. At the stage where the first adhesive 30a used for temporary anchoring has hardened, the support frame 20 is removed, and the hardening and cure of the second adhesive 30b used for permanent anchoring are waited as it is. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
