PURPOSE: A sealing pack for packing ground coffee and a method for extracting with an espresso method using the same are provided to protect original taste and aroma of coffee because the coffee is not contacted with air by nitrogen packing. CONSTITUTION: A method for extracting with an espresso method using a sealing pack(100) is as follows. Roasted coffee is ground. The ground coffee is packed in an inner packing paper selected one of pulp, non-woven fabric, and polyamide. The inner packed coffee is positioned to inside the sealing pack and is nitrogen-packed with the sealing pack. An inlet is formed in one end of the sealing pack. As soon as internal pressure of the sealing pack exceeds internal allowable pressure by injecting air or water into one end of the sealing pack, the lower end of the sealing pack is opened.
